ALL Collars, harnesses etc. that have built in lights or
electrical items can be damaged due to excessive bending or water ingress.
(no matter where purchased)
Flashing collars and harnesses are NOT waterproof. They
will resist rain but if allowed to become saturated they will fail.
They are made with fine electrical cables which can become fragile if bent
and twisted continually. When adjusting your flashing collar please have
this in mind.
NO returns will be excepted if the collar/harness is believed to have been
saturated or immersed in water or reasonable care has not been taken.
